How diverse can the center tables be?!

As we all are aware of, the centre table is a piece of furniture that is the centre of living spaces like living rooms, patio or even a fireplace in both senses of the word. They are not usually suited to be placed in a centre point, due to which they are accessible from any direction and they also happen to be the starter for some of our great moments in your homes. And these wonderful things come in a huge variety of designs, materials and the purposes that they can cater to.
One of the most common ones is wooden ones. Majority of tables are made using wood and there are even a number of types of wood that these can be made out of. The types can range from mahogany, seesham and oakwood and the various kinds of finishes they offer are dependent on the type of wooden material used in its manufacturing. Various furniture companies have their own range of distinct products, which can give you a wide range of choices to select something specific to your taste and requirement. Usually in metropolitan cities, like luxury furniture stores in Delhi, not only have a large variety for the specific range, but their products are also based on various themes which can cater to diverse needs.

The next most common material used in manufacturing tables, especially centre tables is metal. Now metal does not always imply iron. There is a huge array of material that can be used in the metal category for centre tables. These can depend on the appearance, the weight of the table and the durability that is desired for the specific product. A few of the most commonly used metals are usually alloys of Aluminum. Wood and metal, both tend to respective needs and decor for the house. People who have a taste for the contemporary ambience, usually prefer wooden furniture while the ones looking for a bit of a modern touch will lean towards the metal furniture. Tables made from metal have their own benefits as compared to wood, just as wood has its own set of benefits. Metal can also lighter in weight or can be used in a sleeker design. In addition to this, it is easier to mould metal into more complex shapes than the wood can be because metal can be heated to get it into a molten state and then be poured into a mould while wood has to be carved in the specific shape that is needed for the design of the table. Some of the high-end furniture companies in Delhi, even give you the option to add some customization of your own to their design and have a unique piece of furniture, specially designed as per your demands and preferences.
Next on the list would be glass tables. And we are not talking about the glass tops over other materials, but glass centre tables consist primarily glass which may or may not be supported or connected with other substances for its support. The glass is not as brittle as one might expect for these tables and the see-through aspect of glass gives it a unique look with the rest of the decor of the house. Another thing that acts in the favour of glass would be that it does not go bad while in contact with other substances, but it does require a bit of care and maintenance in some aspects as compared to other materials.
A material somewhat similar to wood for the creation of centre tables would be the wicker. Now keep in mind that wicker is not as strong as metal or as appealing as glass but it can give a retro look to your house and blend well if you already have a few other materials made out of wood. Some of the luxury furniture stores are also adding ceramic and acrylic tops to their inventory, which only means, more to chose from for the consumers.
